Datawatch Corporation today announced the general availability of version 17.1 of the Panopticon Streaming Analytics Platform. The release incorporates numerous improvements to data connectivity, visualizations, and time series analytics capabilities. It also includes a more streamlined user interface and enhanced deployment capabilities for the Panopticon Streams stream processing component of the Platform.
The release is available to all Panopticon license holders now.
In particular, Panopticon 17.1 includes:
- New data connector for kdb+ and kdb+tick for firms with customized discovery or authentication layers using Kerberos.
- More robust, high performance data connectivity for kdb+, kdb+tick, Tibco StreamBase LiveView, 60East AMPS, MongoDB, Spark Livy, and Python.
- Numerous improvements to the system’s data visualization capabilities to make the displays easier to build, read, and use, plus a new Record Visualization to display detailed information about a single data record.
- Numerous improvements to Panopticon Streams, our Kafka-based stream processing platform. Improvements include tick deltas, enhanced directed graph building, new connectivity, output to REST, and integration with the Confluent Control Center (C3).
