It’s that time of year again, when the world takes the time to reflect on how far we have come in the past 12 months. As 2016 comes to a close, we would like to pause for a moment to recognize and appreciate the most valued part of our business: our customers.

The last year has brought many changes to the Datawatch family. After more than twenty years of providing data preparation and visualization solutions, we have continued to pioneer and develop new ways to offer creative and useful solutions to our customers. We have worked to deliver the best advances and improvements to our Monarch products, culminating in the release of Monarch v14. Next, we are working to revolutionize the way companies use data with the introduction of data socialization.

We at Datawatch understand that a strong relationship with our customers is the most important factor in continuing to be a market leader. As always, we are strengthening our commitment to delivering the best service and support and providing ways to connect with the people that matter most. We encourage users to share ideas and access resources in the Datawatch Community, earn rewards and become a Datawatch advocate in the Inner Court, and watch demonstrations and training content on our YouTube channel. And, of course, we are always sharing the most up to date info, news and announcements on Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook.

Many of our customers have relied on us for years and depend on our products to quickly and efficiently accomplish data-related tasks and projects. We know that being able to trust a product to deliver business-critical results is an honor that has to be earned. We don’t take that responsibility lightly.

As we look ahead to 2017, we would like to extend our deepest thanks to each and every one of our customers. We look forward to continuing to offer outstanding products and services and empowering our customers to achieve extraordinary results with any data.
