Cancellation and Reschedule Policy for Seminars

  • Substitutions of attendee may be made at any time.
  • Cancellation and/or reschedule requests must be received in writing by email or fax. You are responsible for ensuring that Datawatch receives your written request. Datawatch will reply with a written acknowledgement.
Attendees must cancel more than 10 business days prior to the course date to receive a full refund.<li/
  • Cancellation requests received 4 to 10 business days prior to the course date will result in a credit toward attendance at a future scheduled seminar taking place within 12 months of the original seminar. Rescheduling is allowed on a one time basis only, with no further rescheduling permitted. If you do not attend a seminar within 12 months from the original seminar, the entire course fee will be forfeited.
  • Cancellations made 3 or less business days prior to the course date, or failure to appear for the seminar, will result in forfeiture of the course fee.
  • Datawatch reserves the right to cancel or reschedule seminars at any time. If Datawatch cancels or reschedules the seminar due to weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Datawatch, you are entitled to a full refund, but Datawatch is not responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees, or any expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation. If Datawatch cancels a seminar in which you are enrolled, you will be contacted at the email address you provided when registering, so please be sure to provide a valid email address.

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy for Onsite Training

  • Cancellation and/or Reschedule requests must be received in writing by email or fax. You are responsible for ensuring that Datawatch receives the written request. Datawatch will reply with a written acknowledgement.
  • Rescheduling an onsite class is permitted with 30 days advance notice.
  • Once the deposit is paid, if you reschedule with less than 30 days advance notice, a $500 reschedule fee will be charged. The rescheduled onsite must take place within 12 months of the originally scheduled onsite class. If the onsite class does not take place within 12 months of the original onsite date, all deposits, fees and remaining balance will be forfeited. Due to the fact that Datawatch reserves the dates you schedule for your personal use thereby preventing us from scheduling classes for other customers on those date(s), rescheduling is allowed on a one time basis only, with no further rescheduling permitted.
  • If you cancel onsite training at any time, the $1,500 deposit will not be reimbursed. If there are non-refundable expenses incurred by Datawatch on your behalf and they account for more than $1,500, you are obligated to pay the additional cost. Any remaining balance of the training fees will be refunded to you.
  • Datawatch reserves the right to cancel training at any time. If Datawatch cancels the onsite training due to weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Datawatch, you are entitled to a full refund of the course fee, or your course fee can be credited toward a future onsite, which would be rescheduled at your convenience, based upon availability. Datawatch is not responsible for travel fees, or any expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation.

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy for Web-Based Training

  • Substitution of attendee may be made at any time.
  • Cancellation and/or Reschedule requests must be received in writing by email or fax. You are responsible for ensuring that Datawatch received your written request. Datawatch will reply with written acknowledgement.
  • If you cancel more than 10 business days prior to the first day of training, your training fee will be fully refunded.
  • If you cancel 10 or less business days prior to the first day of training, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
  • Requests to reschedule are accepted with a minimum of 24 hours notice. If possible, training block(s) will be rescheduled to another available time slot, preferably within 2 weeks of the originally scheduled class. The rescheduled training must take place within 12 months. If the web-based class has not taken place within 12 months of the original start date, Datawatch will consider the class cancelled by you, and all deposits, fees and remaining balance will be forfeited. Due to the fact that Datawatch reserves the dates you schedule for your personal use thereby preventing us from scheduling classes for other customers on those date(s), rescheduling is allowed on a one time basis only, with no further rescheduling permitted.
  • If you encounter technical problems or other issues that cause the start of the session/block to be delayed by 30 minutes or more, we may proceed and complete the training session/block if possible and if time permits. If not, we will work with you to reschedule the training to the next available opening, which may or may not be the same day.
  • Datawatch reserves the right to cancel training at any time. If Datawatch cancels the training due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Datawatch, you are entitled to a full refund of the course fee, or your course fee can be credited toward a future training which would be scheduled at your convenience based upon availability. Datawatch reserves the right to reschedule training at any time. If Datawatch reschedules training due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Datawatch, the training will continue at the next available time that is convenient for you. Datawatch is not responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees, or any expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation or reschedule.
