How our service works

Send us your report(s) and extraction requirements, and our Monarch experts will create a model file to meet your needs. It’s that simple!

• You’ll work one-on-one with a trained technical specialist until the work is completed to your satisfaction
• Once the model is created, you can use it with future reports

• Fill out the Model File Requirements Form and email it to us at model@datawatch.com. Or, print it out and fax it to us at 978-275-8255, attn: Charles Thompson. Click on the link to the right to access the form.

• Once we receive your Model File Requirements Form, a Datawatch model specialist will call to discuss your requirements.
• If our specialist determines that we can help you, we’ll ask you to fill out our Monarch Model File Development Agreement and Model File Payment Information Form and send it to us. The cost for our basic desktop model with standard service starts at $250 per model
