Datawatch Expands Training Program; Announces Three New, Live Web-Based Monarch Training Classes
Web-Based Classes Give Monarch Users All of the Benefits of Instructor Led Class Room Training at Their Desktops
Chelmsford, MA — July 27, 2009 - Datawatch Corporation (NASDAQ-CM: DWCH), a leader in Enterprise Information Management (EIM) and Business Intelligence, and the Makers of Monarch™ today announces the availability of three new live, web-based Monarch training classes. New course topics include Basic Monarch, Monarch Functions & Expressions and Monarch & External Data.
"Due to increased customer demand for more web-based learning topics, we are very pleased to offer an expanded program of live, web-based training that gives participants all the benefits of the classroom directly at their desktops; whenever and wherever it's convenient for them," said Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, John Kitchen. "We are committed to helping our customers maximize their time and increase their Monarch expertise. Our students are raving about how easy, economical and convenient web-based Monarch training from Datawatch is."
Instructor Led and Interactive
Datawatch web-based courses are led by Monarch product experts and taught in a live, interactive, online learning environment. Participants benefit from an increased understanding of the full functionality of Monarch software so that they can achieve maximum productivity with a minimized learning curve.
Throughout the class, participants can learn and engage in hands-on exercises in real-time with their instructor at the comfort of their own workstations. Additionally, once the training session begins, accompanying training PDF documents will be presented for download for reference during and after the session. Students will receive CEU credits upon completion of the class.
"Web-based Monarch training from Datawatch is very informative, easy and convenient, and exactly what we need for the reporting we do each day. We gained valuable new skills and product experience at our desktop at a date and time that worked for us. And, we were able to immediately begin using Monarch as soon as we finished the class. What's more, we've only just begun to scratch the surface of the capabilities of Monarch and are extremely pleased with the time we are saving," said David Burkholder, Controller Georgia Operations, Jacuzzi Luxury Bath.
Convenient Class Schedule
Web-based courses are broken into short, easy-to-schedule and easy-to-manage blocks. So, participants can attend training in the morning and return to other responsibilities for the afternoon; with minimal impact on their schedule. What's more, training is private, so only members of the participating organization will attend the class. And, the small group size facilitates more individualized attention.
