Datawatch Schedules Second Quarter Fiscal 2009 Conference Call and Earnings Release

Chelmsford, MA-April 28, 2009 - Datawatch Corporation (NASDAQ-CM: DWCH), a leader in Enterprise Information Management (EIM), today announced that it will present the company's second quarter fiscal 2009 earnings in a conference call scheduled for Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

It is recommended that listeners register to participate and download any necessary audio software from the website 15 minutes prior to the scheduled call.
