Optimize the value of your Monarch Investment with Data Pump
Date: Wednesday, December 21, 2011
Time: 1:00 PM ET / 10:00 AM PT
Duration: 45 minutes
Monarch Data Pump is the solution to decreasing days sales outstanding (DSO) for Accounts Receivables. Tune into our webcast to find out how Data Pump can help speed up your collections processes today.
Our webcast will show you how Monarch Data Pump can take a report that every company has and turn it into actionable information to increase the collection rate of Accounts Receivables. The Account Receivable aging report shows which invoices have not been paid and how far past due they are. This report is generally used by the Collections Department to begin the calling process to find out when payments will be received. In this Data Pump example, the AR aging report will be combined with data that is easily maintained in Excel. The AR aging report tells whether the invoice is past due or not. The Excel file is a customer list that contains who is responsible for calling and when they were last called. The Monarch Data Pump process combines data from multiple files to produce one Excel file per collector for all customers that have overdue invoices and haven't been called in the last 14 days.

Turn organizational-wide data into automated decision making information
Datawatch customers who use Monarch know it to be the best application on the market for extracting data out of source reports and creating actionable information. But what if you have complicated processes that require information from more than one source report or an output that must be distributed to the right individuals at the right time? Monarch models are the first step, and Monarch Data Pump can build upon these models and fully automate these processes for you, without programming.
Our webcast will discuss and demonstrate two customer use cases of Data Pump: Reconciliations and Bursting and Distribution of Monarch Reports.
Reconciliation:
Companies often have to reconcile data between different source reports that may have originated from different systems. In healthcare, for example, some data in a hospital's accounts receivable report may be at a variance with the data from an insurance providers report. It's generally someone's time-consuming task to combine the information and provide that reconciliation.
Monarch Data Pump is the solution.
Bursting and Distribution:
There are many reports you may like to "burst" into smaller components and automatically send those components to the right parties. Consider the SAP daily sales report. This standard report is divided into sales regions, and within the sales region, they are divided up into sections for each sales representative. What if you wanted to send out spreadsheet reports to each of the sales representatives that contained only the data that pertained to the rep?
Monarch Data Pump is the solution.
